Bahria University Islamabad invites sealed bids on the E-PADS platform for the procurement of 14 Apple Mac Mini M6 or equivalent post-production lab equipment specifically for BS Media & Communication Studies and BS TV programs at BUIC E-8 Islamabad. This procurement aims to equip the university's media labs with advanced computing workstations to support academic and production activities. The payment of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) as a non-refundable tender fee must be deposited via Pay Order/DD in favor of Bahria University Islamabad at the Office of DD Procurement, Room No. 15, Basement Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad between 0900 to 1600 hrs except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Sealed bids must reach the procurement office by 02 November 2026 at 1100 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A bid security of Rs. 993,855/- in original must be submitted before the deadline in the form of Pay Order/DD in favor of Bahria University Islamabad.
