Tender Description
The Directorate of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for classified advertisement requisition for Residential and Non Residential work at CMES (PAF) Samungli, Balochistan. The advertisement is to be published according to the specified requirements in the issue dated 03 Sep 2026.
Items being procured:
- Classified advertisement for Residential/Non Residential work at CMES (PAF) Samungli
The overall expenditure on this account may not exceed the specified limit. The advertisement is to be published in Urdu (one place), English (one place), and Islamabad/Rawalpindi (one place) editions with specified column sizes.
The tender requires submission of complete credentials and applications for issuance of tender documents. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and satisfying special conditions for the job and area will be considered. Tender documents must be scrutinized carefully and submitted by 21 Sep 2026 at 1130 Hrs, with the tender opening at 1200 Hrs on the same date.
Eligibility includes contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories 'A' and 'B' and having relevant experience. Contractors must certify they are not involved in litigation with the Government Department and submit a copy of their registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
The acceptance officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules. Interested parties may contact CMES (PAF) Samungli from 0715 to 1335 hours on all working days for further details.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure that the advertisement bills are sent to CMES (PAF) Samungli and not to the headquarters, and keep a duplicate of the bills with relevant tear sheets for record and pre-audit verification.
