Consultancy Services for Hiring of Performance Auditor of Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC)

The Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) through its Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under the Karachi Water & Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP-2) invites eligible consultancy firms to express interest for hiring a Performance Auditor. This consultancy aims to undertake an independent, evidence-based performance audit of KW&SC to assess achievement against performance targets, milestones, and reform commitments as per the Performance Agreement. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for performance audit of KW&SC The Performance Auditor will assess actual performance, evaluate strategy execution, validate data, and report achievements and gaps with supporting evidence. Eligible firms must be registered in the same business for at least ten years providing advisory services, have substantive experience (minimum 10 years) in performance audits or institutional reviews of public utilities, and demonstrate successful completion of at least two similar assignments each valued over USD 100,000 in the last ten years. Firms should also show capability across financial, technical, commercial, institutional, HR, IT, environmental, social, and legal/regulatory assessments, and have established offices. Joint ventures or sub-consultancies are allowed to enhance qualifications.
