Resident Construction Supervision for Construction of Monument and Museum at National Bank Park, Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from PEC registered firms for the consultancy service of Resident Construction Supervision for the construction of a monument and museum at National Bank Park, Lahore. Items being procured: - Resident Construction Supervision services for Monument and Museum construction This consultancy involves overseeing the construction activities at the National Bank Park site in Lahore, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The selected firm will be responsible for technical supervision, coordination with contractors, and reporting progress to IDAP. Eligibility criteria include registration with PEC, compliance with PPRA rules 2014 (amended), and registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System. EOI proposals must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 14th September 2026, no later than 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Proposals submitted by any other means will not be considered. If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
