Resurfacing/Reconditioning of Green Bus Route Length 20.75 km District Bagh AJK

The Public Works Department (PWD) Highways Division Bagh Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids under the Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding System for resurfacing and reconditioning works on the Green Bus Route in District Bagh for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender is open to eligible firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council and endorsed by the C&W Department Govt. AJ&K. Items being procured: - Part 1: Resurfacing/Reconditioning of Green Bus Route from Nomanpura to Bagh via Gyari Chowk to Paddar, total length 7 km, estimated cost Rs. 213.886 Million - Part 2: Resurfacing/Reconditioning of Green Bus Route from Gyari Chowk to DHQ Hospital and Valley Inn Chowk to DHQ, total length 4.75 km, estimated cost Rs. 151.812 Million - Part 3: Resurfacing/Reconditioning of Green Bus Route from Pully Stop to Raora, length 9 km, estimated cost Rs. 247.975 Million The technical scope includes resurfacing and reconditioning of the specified road sections totaling 20.75 km in District Bagh. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category (C-3 & Above CE-01 for parts 1 and 3, C-4 & Above CE-01 for part 2) and must have FBR/ATL registration. A minimum bank balance of PKR 50 Million must be maintained on the bid submission date and throughout the contract period. Bidders quoting rates below 10% of engineering estimates must submit additional bid security. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Technical profiles must be uploaded in PDF format only.
