The Executive Engineer Roads, Communication Works, Physical Planning & Housing Department, District Lasbela invites eligible bidders for execution of the following road infrastructure work for the year 2026, based on composite schedule rates 2023 and percentage rates. Item and lot details: Sr. No. 1; construction of retaining wall on Uthal Bypass Road B/S Phase-3; Engineer's cost: **PKR 63,184,184**. The scope is a civil and road protection work involving construction of the specified retaining structure along the Uthal Bypass, including associated earthwork, foundation, masonry or reinforced structural elements, drainage arrangements, finishing and all related works required under the tender documents and engineering specifications.
