Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department in Karachi invites qualified and eligible bidders to participate in the procurement for the Revamp of Gas Control Room / Centralized Control Room (CCR) at the Transmission Building-Karachi Terminal-KT. This tender is issued under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure and requires bidders to have a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above. The scope of work includes comprehensive revamp services as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications attached with the tender documents.
Items being procured:
- Revamp of Gas Control Room / Centralized Control Room (CCR) at Transmission Building-Karachi Terminal-KT (as per BOQ)
The project is located in Karachi, Sindh, and the contract duration is 120 days. Bidders must submit their bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Physical submission of the bid bond amounting to Rs. 140,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of SSGC is mandatory before the bid submission deadline. Bids without the bid bond or valid PEC certificate will be rejected.
Eligibility criteria include valid NADRA citizenship documents, FBR NTN registration, and PEC certification category C-6 or above. The bidding documents provide detailed instructions, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the SSGC Head Office Karachi.
Bids must be submitted online by 10:00 AM on September 14, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price is required from the successful bidder.
