Tender Description
Sukkur IBA University is procuring RFID Card Printers to enhance its operational capabilities in Sukkur, Sindh. This procurement is specifically for the supply and installation of Agilia Dupley Expert Retransfer Printers or equivalent models, strictly adhering to the specifications outlined in the Bill of Quantities. The procurement is managed by the Procurement Department of Sukkur IBA University and is funded through the recurring budget for the current financial year.
The technical scope includes the supply of two RFID card printers with full warranty and guarantee, including free parts and labor from the date of installation and acceptance. The supplier is responsible for delivery, installation, and obtaining an inspection certificate from the Indenting Department. The delivery location is the main campus of Sukkur IBA University at Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui Road, Sukkur. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended to date) and requires compliance with all technical specifications without ambiguity or use of the term 'or equivalent' in the bid.
Eligible bidders must have valid NTN and GST registration, demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, and have an average annual turnover at least equal to or twice the estimated cost. Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized distributors, or dealers of the quoted products and must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government body. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs 60,000) is required, and bids must remain valid for 90 days. Submission is strictly electronic through EPADS; manual bids will not be accepted.
