All equipment must be compatible with the existing Full HD Tower system at PIMS. The scope covers comprehensive warranty of two years, availability of spare parts for 10 years, annual preventive maintenance during warranty, 24/7 technical support with response time under 24 hours, and on-site training for staff and technicians. Operational and service manuals must be provided in English.
