Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Shaheed Benazirabad from the Public Health Engineering Department for the construction and installation of Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants across multiple villages. The scope includes civil works, installation of RO plant equipment, compound walls, paving blocks, and solar energy systems. The projects are located in various union councils within Taluka Daur and Nawabshah, Sindh.
The works involve detailed site excavation, foundation laying, RCC work, brick masonry, and installation of advanced RO plant components including membranes, pumps, multimedia vessels, and electrical panels. The tender also covers operation and maintenance costs for three months post-installation. The engineering challenges include ensuring water filtration efficiency, structural integrity of plant rooms, and integration of solar energy systems for sustainable operation in rural settings.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in categories CE09, CE10, ME06, and EE11 for the fiscal year 2025-26. Compliance with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registration and tax obligations is mandatory.
