Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Shaheed Benazirabad under the Public Health Engineering Department for the construction and installation of Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants across multiple villages in Taluka Daur. The scope includes civil works, installation of RO plants with capacities up to 10,000 TDS, solar energy systems, paving blocks, compound walls, and drainage systems. The projects are designed to improve water quality and sanitation infrastructure in rural areas, requiring expertise in civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines.
The works involve detailed site preparation, tube well boring, plant room construction, and installation of advanced RO filtration systems including membranes, pumps, and control panels. The tender demands compliance with Pakistan Engineering Council registration in categories CE09, CE10, ME06, and EE11 for the fiscal year 2025-26. Contractors must demonstrate financial stability with an average annual turnover not less than the project cost over the last five years and provide audited financial statements from ICAP-registered firms.
