Road Improvement Works in South Karachi District

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) invites bids for extensive road improvement works in the South Karachi district. The project requires contractors to have PEC C-3 license with specialization in civil engineering (CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EE-06 for Package 2). The estimated cost for the packages ranges from approximately PKR 410 million to PKR 430 million each, totaling over PKR 1.26 billion. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have NTN and SRB registration. They should also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and have a valid PEC license. Experience of at least five years in similar works is required. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is 5% of the bid cost, and a bid security of PKR 5000 is mandatory.
