Robotics Lab Equipment for PAF IAST ECE Department

Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), Haripur invites sealed bids through EPADS only for the Robotics Lab at PAF IAST (ECE Dept). The bidder must be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan and registered with FBR, possessing Manufacturer's status or Distributor/Dealer status with authorization from Manufacturer/Principal specific for this tender. Bidders should have sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to complete the assigned task within the prescribed time limit on finalization of contract with PAF-IAST. Items being procured: - Robotics Lab equipment and related materials for the ECE Department Tender documents containing instructions to bidders, project background, scope of work, general and special terms, submission procedure, bid opening, evaluation criteria, and related information are available electronically and can be downloaded free of cost from the University website http://www.paf-iast.edu.pk/ and EPADS-KPPRA website www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Earnest Money amounting to 2% of the bid value in the shape of CDR MUST BE submitted to the Procurement Office, Pak Austria Fachhochschule, Institute of Applied Sciences, Khanpur Road, Mang Haripur before the online submission deadline, along with a tender fee of Rs 1000. Bids must be submitted using EPADS on or before Tuesday 03 November 2026 at 2:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders. The tender will be executed in accordance with KPPRA Rule 6(2)b Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of all required documents and earnest money to avoid disqualification. Using EPADS ensures transparency and timely processing of bids.
