Supply of Laser Projector Panasonic Multimedia Projector PT-VMZ61 to National Radio Telecommunication Corporation Haripur

National Radio Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), Haripur invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0 VERSION) on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis for the supply of Laser Projectors. This procurement is specifically for Panasonic Multimedia Projector PT-VMZ61 with 6,200 Lumens, WUXGA or equivalent 1920x1200 resolution, 4K accepted LCD panel, laser solid shine technology, dynamic contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1, and a light source life of 20,000 hours on normal mode and 24,000 hours on eco mode. The projectors include a 10W built-in speaker, LAN, 2 HDMI, 2 VGA, video, USB for wireless projection (optional module), corner correction, and vertical and horizontal lens shift. The projectors come with a one-year warranty including the light source life and installation. Items being procured: - Laser Projector Panasonic Multimedia Projector PT-VMZ61 (3 units) The delivery is FOR NRTC Haripur. Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for GST and Income Tax. A bid security of Rs 50,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur is mandatory and must be uploaded as a scanned copy through EPADS 2.0. The bid validity period is 90 days. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately as per the prescribed format. The technical bid requires compliance sheets, proof of non-blacklisting, authorized dealership certificate, and evidence of professional experience with at least five similar contracts in the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS 2.0 by 29 October 2026 at 1100 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. NRTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The evaluation will be based on technical compliance and lowest evaluated financial bid inclusive of all taxes.
