The National Highway Authority (Sindh-South Region) Karachi invites qualified contractors for routine and emergency maintenance works on the National Highway N-5 near Hyderabad Bypass. This procurement covers 113 routine maintenance work contracts and 1 emergency maintenance work contract specifically for the road section from KM 159+000 to KM 162+000 near Saima Down Town Hyderabad Bypass. Items being procured:

The scope includes routine and emergency maintenance of road infrastructure, involving civil works and building maintenance activities such as repairs and upkeep of road surfaces and related structures. The contracts are revised for fiscal year 2026-27, replacing previous contract numbers from fiscal year 2025-26. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC and FBR, possess relevant experience in road maintenance, and comply with all tender requirements including submission of Earnest Money and CDR. Financial bids will be opened sequentially, and any firm declared lowest in two RM contracts for FY 2026-27 will not have further bids opened.
