Purchase and Repair/Maintenance of Equipment and Facilities for FG Fazaia Public HS School Lahore Cantt

FG Fazaia Public Higher Secondary School (2nd Shift) located at PAF Base Lahore Cantt invites sealed bids from original authorized contractors approved by MES/Government and registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for the purchase and provision of various items and repair/maintenance services to uplift the institution during the current financial year. Items being procured: - Computer Lab up-gradation: Purchase/Provision of computer equipment - Blended Learning: Purchase/Provision of items related to blended learning - Smart Class Rooms: Purchase/Provision of items related to smart classrooms - Rehabilitation of the Building/Institute: Repair and maintenance as per BoQs and specifications, including provision of related items for building rehabilitation The scope covers supply of computer and educational equipment, blended learning materials, smart classroom items, and repair/maintenance works for the school building. Bidders must be authorized contractors with valid MES/Government approval and must be on the FBR ATL. Bidding documents containing detailed bill of quantities, specifications, terms and conditions, procurement method, and submission procedures are available upon payment of Rs. 5000 (non-refundable) from the school office. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1). Bids must reach the undersigned office by 22-10-2026 at 10:30 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders or their representatives, the School's Development Committee, and Base Education Authority at the school premises.
