Tender Description
The Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate (Capital Development Authority (CDA)) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of works involving providing and fixing Chakwal stone and marble in different locations along with the provision of electric geysers at the office of the Special Secretary (Law) at ECP Section Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P150180.
Items being procured:
- Removing cement or lime plaster (266.28 P.Sqm)
- Cement plaster 1:3 up to 20' height, Β½" thick (266.28 P.Sqm)
- Providing and laying 3/8" thick pre-polished marble skirting/risers China Verona (62.17 P.Sqm)
- Providing and laying floor/wall 6"x6"x1" thick chiseled Chakwal stone (maroon, gray, green) from Fateh Jang district Attock (267.01 P.Sqm)
- Providing/fixing electric water heater (geyser) of 14 SWG GI sheet tank with insulation and accessories (15 units)
The scope includes supply, processing, transportation, installation, and finishing of materials as per design and technical specifications. The work site is located in Islamabad, and bidders must comply with PEC category requirements and be registered with FBR/ATL. Earnest money in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Friday, October 23, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Interested bidders should register on EPADS and may attend the pre-bid meeting scheduled for October 14, 2026, at Room # E-115, PM Secretariat, Sector G-5, Islamabad.
