Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi Division invites quotations for providing and installing Rubber Guard and Wheel Stopper on car wash pillars at PSO House Karachi. This procurement is specifically for the installation works at the PSO House site, ensuring safety and protection of car wash pillars and floor areas.
Items being procured:
- Rubber Guard (280 pieces) to be fixed on car wash pillars
- Wheel Stopper (140 pieces) to be installed on car wash floor
The Rubber Guard is made of high impact resistant natural and synthetic rubber with molded reflective tape for visibility. Each piece measures 30 inches in length and 4 inches in width on each side. Installation includes marking the correct height on pillars, drilling holes, applying Samad Bond adhesive, fixing with stainless steel screws, and cleaning after installation.
The Wheel Stopper measures 23.5 inches in length, 4.5 inches in width, and 4 inches in height. It is fixed using 4 inch long, 10mm diameter stainless steel rawal bolts. The scope includes marking positions as per layout, drilling floor holes, fixing with rawal bolts, tightening, alignment checks, and site cleaning.
All materials must conform to approved samples. Installation must be done carefully without damaging existing structures or flooring.
Eligible bidders should have relevant experience in installation works and be registered with FBR and ATL. PEC category is not explicitly mentioned but experience in similar civil installation works is advantageous.
The Technical Bid must be submitted by **21st July 2026** before 23:59:59 at the PSO House Karachi office. Earnest Money or CDR details are to be confirmed as per instructions.
