The Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) through its Project Director Construction Circle invites bids for comprehensive civil works under the XEN South Construction Division in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement covers the safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing, and back filling of HT/LT steel structures of 36 and 31 feet respectively. The scope of work is extensive and requires experienced contractors with valid PEC licenses in categories EE-04 and EE-05, active FBR registration, and proven past performance with DISCOs or similar organizations. Items being procured: - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of HT Steel Structure (36 feet) - 78 units - Making concrete foundation and back filling of HT Steel Structure (36 feet) (Size: 610mm x 610mm x 1981mm) - 78 units - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of LT Steel Structure (31 feet) - 150 units - Making concrete foundation and back filling of LT Steel Structure (31 feet) (Size: 500mm x 500mm x 1827mm) - 150 units - Installation of complete earthing set along with welding - 228 units The technical scope includes handling steel structures from the Regional Store LESCO (Shalimar) or designated locations to various sites within the jurisdiction of XEN South Construction Division LESCO. The concrete foundations are to be constructed with a 1:2:4 mix as per specifications. The contractor must ensure compliance with WAPDA Distribution design and Standard Design Instruction No.59, maintain safety standards, and complete the work within 365 days from the award date. Partial quantities will not be accepted; bidders must quote for the full tender quantity. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for 2026-27, CNIC, active FBR registration, non-blacklisting affidavit, bid security of Rs. 100,000 in acceptable form, and relevant experience with satisfactory performance certificates.
