The Project Director Construction Circle, Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for comprehensive civil works related to HT Steel Structures under the XEN ELR Construction Division LESCO in Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and involves multiple critical activities essential for the erection and installation of HT Steel Structures of 58 feet height. The scope of work includes safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing, and back filling. The project is located in Lahore, Punjab, and is managed by the Project Director Construction Circle, LESCO. Items being procured: - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of HT Steel Structure (58 feet) (Quantity: 68 Each) - Making Concrete Foundation and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure 58' (Size: 996mm x 996mm x 3020mm) (Quantity: 68 Each) - Installation Earthing Set (Complete) along with welding (Quantity: 68 Each) The technical scope requires adherence to WAPDA Distribution design and Standard Design Instruction No.59. The contractor will be responsible for all site activities including transportation from Regional Store LESCO (Shalimar) or designated locations to various sites. The work must be completed within 365 days from the date of award. The contractor must ensure proper tools and plants (T&P) and safety measures at the site. LESCO will provide the necessary materials for the work as per site requirements. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC license for categories EE-04 and EE-05, valid CNIC, active registration with PRA and FBR, non-blacklisting affidavit, and submission of bid security of Rs. 100,000. Experience certificates from DISCOs or similar organizations are mandatory. The bid submission deadline is **Thursday, July 23, 2026 11:30 AM** through EPADS v2.0 only. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The bid opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM.
