The Project Director Construction Circle, Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for the execution of works related to the safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing and back filling of HT Steel Structure (45 feet) under the jurisdiction of XEN Okara Construction Division LESCO. This procurement is specific to Okara city in Punjab province and is planned for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, and erection of HT Steel Structure (45 feet) (125 units) - Making Concrete Foundation and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure 45' (Size: 870mm x 870mm x 2536m) (125 units) - Installation Earthing Set (Complete) along with welding (125 units) The technical scope includes handling HT steel structures from the Regional Store LESCO (Shalimar, Pattoki) or other designated locations by the concerned XEN construction division LESCO to various sites. The concrete foundation is specified with a mix ratio of 1:2:4 and precise dimensions. The work involves safe and efficient handling, assembly, and installation of these structures with complete earthing and welding as per LESCO standards. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for categories EE-04 and EE-05 for the year 2026-27, valid CNIC, registration with PRA and FBR with active taxpayer status, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and submission of bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Experience evidence including work orders and completion certificates from DISCOs or similar organizations is mandatory. The tender submission deadline is Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0 platform. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
