Safe Loading, Unloading, Carriage, Transportation, Assembling, Excavation, Erection, Complete Earthing, Concrete Foundation, Curing and Back Filling of HT Steel Structure Works for Multiple Divisions

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing and back filling of HT steel structures for various construction divisions. The works are to be executed in the South Construction Division, Sheikhupura Construction Division, and Kasur Construction Division under LESCO. Items being procured: - EP-63: HT Steel Structure (58 Feet) works in South Construction Division - EP-64: HT Steel Structure (45 Feet) works in South Construction Division - EP-65: HT Steel Structure (58 Feet) works in Sheikhupura Construction Division - EP-66: HT Steel Structure (45 Feet) works in Sheikhupura Construction Division - EP-67: HT Steel Structure (45 Feet) works in Kasur Construction Division Each tender has an estimated cost of Rs. 4.5 million. The scope includes all civil and structural works related to HT steel structures including foundation and earthing. Eligible contractors must be registered and approved for the year 2026-27 with PEC specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05. They must also be registered with PRA/FBR and be on the active taxpayer list. Documentary evidence of relevant work experience and satisfactory performance certificates from DISCOs/organizations must be uploaded through EPADS V2.0. Bidders must submit an original bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a valid CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO. The bid security must be submitted at the office of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO, 132 KV Grid Station F-Block LDA Avenue-I Lahore before the bid submission deadline. The tender closing date and time is **27.08.2026 at 11:30 AM** and the opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM via EPADS V2.0 under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection. The tendering process will strictly follow PPRARules. LESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
