Tender Description
The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Housing Society in Haripur invites sealed bids from interested individuals, companies, and contractors for the sale of land plots. The procurement involves the sale of 10 Kanal arable land (single unit) and 8 Kanal commercial plots (divided into 5 units). Interested bidders must submit their applications along with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 1 crore in favor of the General Secretary, WAPDA Town, Haripur.

The sale is conducted under strict terms and conditions. The CDR must be submitted with the application. All financial bids will be opened on the specified date at the WAPDA Town office in Haripur. The deadline for submission is 28th June 2026, with the financial bids opening on 28th July 2026 at the WAPDA Town office. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Only one unit of 10 Kanal arable land will be sold, and the commercial plots are divided into 5 units.
Successful bidders will be notified within 24 hours, and a 50 percent earnest money deposit will be required. The remaining payment must be completed as per the terms. The WAPDA Housing Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The society also reserves the right to continue or cancel the sale process.
