Sale of Old / Scrap / Unserviceable Power Transformers by Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO)

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites e-bids on an "as is where is basis" through a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under national competitive bidding from tax payer registered firms for the sale of old unserviceable power transformers. Items being sold: - Unserviceable Power Transformers of various capacities (Copper Winding HV, LV & Tertiary, Core Lamination and Tank & Tube), quantity 14 Nos. Bidders may inspect the unserviceable material any working day during office hours at the SS&T Division SEPCO Dadu Sindh location until the tender opening date. The sale is strictly on a "tender wise as is where is basis" and no dispute will be entertained. Firms must quote rates for the complete tender/lot or bids will be rejected. The bidding document contains detailed terms and conditions, bid security, bid validity, evaluation criteria, procurement method, store location, and scrap location details available on the PPRA website and SEPCO e-pads portal. Bidders must register on e-pads and submit documents accordingly. Bid security must be in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, or pay order valid for 150 days from tender opening date in favor of Chief Engineer (Dev.), PMU SEPCO Sukkur. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with tender number, procurement title, date and time of opening before the e-bid submission deadline at the office of Chief Engineer (Dev.), PMU SEPCO, Room 201, 2nd Floor, Al Sehra Building, Minara Road, Near Session Court Sukkur. Bids submitted otherwise or without proper security will be rejected. Tender opening will be on e-pads in presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility requires bidders not to be blacklisted, debarred, or defaulted in WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs and to provide an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 100/- or above.
