Pakistan Steel Mill Karachi invites bids for the sale of vehicles on an as is where is basis. This procurement is specifically for interested parties located in Karachi and surrounding areas. The vehicles are available for physical inspection at the SSY Stores Department, Bin Qasim Karachi, during working days Monday to Thursday from 0900 to 1500 hours. Eligible bidders must have valid Sales Tax Registration and NTN certificates, both mandatory for uploading on the EPADS website to participate. The bid validity is 90 days from the opening date. The successful bidder will pay the full bid amount plus applicable government taxes within seven working days after the letter of acceptance. Vehicles must be removed within 20 working days of the delivery order issuance, or floor charges will apply. Failure to take possession within this period may result in confiscation without further notice. The bidder is responsible for arranging machinery, equipment, and labor for vehicle removal, subject to written permission from the Stores and Security Departments. The bid opening is scheduled for 27 April 2026 at 10:30 hours, with the possibility of postponement to the next working day if offices are closed.
