The Town Municipal Corporation Old Nawabshah invites sealed tenders for sanitation works covering roads, streets cleaning, underground sewerage line cleaning, and open surface drains of Union Committee No 01 to 09. This procurement is specific to sanitation work and supply of sanitation materials for the financial year 2026-27 in Shaheed Benazirabad district, Sindh. The contractor is responsible for cleaning roads, streets, underground sewerage lines, and open drains, ensuring compliance with SPPRA rules and local government standards. The work requires substantial manpower and materials to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the specified union committees. Eligibility criteria include registration with PEC for the year 2025-26 in the relevant category, valid FBR and SRB registration with active status, and at least three years of experience in sanitation or solid waste management works. Bidders must provide work completion certificates for similar projects completed in the last three financial years, bank statements, solvency certificates, and an affidavit confirming no litigation or blacklisting. The average annual financial turnover should not be less than the estimated cost during the last five years. The tender documents can be downloaded and submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) up to 27-07-2026 at 10:30 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Town Municipal Corporation Old Nawabshah. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount is mandatory, and conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected.
