Sanitation Work of Roads, Streets, Cleaning of Underground Sewerage Line, Open Surface Drains and Supply of Sanitation Material in Wards No 01 to 06 Sarhari Sanghar

The Town Committee Sarhari District Sanghar is procuring sanitation works including cleaning of roads, streets, underground sewerage lines, and open surface drains in Wards No 01 to 06. This project also includes the supply of sanitation materials required for the maintenance and cleaning activities. The contract period is 12 months starting from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. The scope covers manpower deployment such as Jamadars, gutter workers, and cleaners/helpers along with provision of sanitation materials like Jaharo, Kodar Rumba, Panja, Balti, Pickaxe, Bamboo, GI Wire, Rope, Hand Trooly, Rarra, Lum Powder, and Hammer. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 in the relevant category and have at least three years of experience in sanitation or solid waste management works. Registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) with active status is mandatory. Bidders should provide a list of similar works completed in the last three financial years with satisfactory completion certificates and bank solvency certificates. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount in the form of call deposit from a scheduled bank must accompany the bid. The tender documents can be downloaded and submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) SPPRA website. The deadline for submission is 09-07-2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the office of Town Committee Sarhari District Sanghar. The bid validity period is 90 days. The contract will be awarded on a fixed price basis with no escalation during the contract period.
