Scanning, Indexing and Digital Archiving of Personal Files of State Life Employees

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) Karachi is procuring professional scanning, indexing, and digital archiving services for personal files of its employees. This project involves high-quality digitization of approximately 650,000 pages, including Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and structured folder creation per employee. The scope requires use of Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) scanners with minimum 600 DPI resolution to ensure legible, searchable PDF files. The scanned data will be delivered on encrypted USB storage media with hardware write protection. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, have at least three years of relevant experience, and possess professional-grade scanning equipment.
