Supply of SDWAN Warranty and Support Renewal

Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL) Karachi invites qualified vendors for the supply of SDWAN Warranty and Support Renewal. This procurement is specifically for the renewal of the existing Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) solution warranty, technical support services, and software license subscriptions with Co-Care Premier 24x7x4H service support. The scope includes replacement of faulty SD-WAN equipment, operational support for approximately twenty WAN sites, coordination for firmware upgrades, patches, and on-site technical support as required. The equipment involved includes Huawei routers, switches, branch routers, and servers as detailed in the tender documents. Eligible bidders must be OEM or OEM certified partners with valid GST, NTN, and SECP registration certificates. Vendors must have geographical presence in Karachi and Islamabad, and must provide OEM authorization letters. Minimum two OEM certified engineers (HCIP or equivalent) are required.
