Social Security Directorate Faisalabad East invites bids for security guard services for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Security guard services for branch office and dispensary, estimated cost PKR 1,650,000, bid security 2 percent - Security guard services for social security hospital, estimated cost PKR 1,000,000, bid security 2 percent The scope covers provision of trained security personnel for the branch office, dispensary, and hospital under the Social Security Directorate Faisalabad East. Contractors must ensure deployment of qualified guards as per the requirements of the department. All bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Submission of earnest money (bid security) is mandatory, calculated at 2 percent of the estimated cost for each lot, to be provided in the form of CDR or pay order. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pads/ E Procurement portal by 11:00 AM on 09-09-2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of authorized representatives at the office of the undersigned. Late submissions will not be entertained.
