Security Services for SESSI Offices and Hospitals Sindh 2026-27

Sindh Employees' Social Security Institution (SESSI) invites reputable security service providers to submit bids for the provision of security services for its offices, hospitals, medical centres, dispensaries, and other facilities across Sindh for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through the Sindh e-Procurement System (ePAD), and only firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Security Services / Deployment of Private Security Guards at SESSI Head Office, Hospitals, Medical Centres, Dispensaries, and Other Offices of the Sindh Employees' Social Security Institution for the Financial Year 2026-27 The scope of work includes the deployment of trained and licensed private security guards at various SESSI locations throughout Sindh. Bidders must ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and demonstrate experience in providing similar services to public sector clients. The contract period will commence from the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance or Work Order and will remain effective up to 30 June 2027, with a possible extension of up to ninety (90) days subject to satisfactory performance and approval by the competent authority. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 is required, and bid security of PKR 1,350,000 must be submitted in the form of a pay order, demand draft, or bank guarantee in favour of SESSI. All bidding documents (technical and financial) must be submitted electronically via https://epad.sindh.gov.pk, and hard copies of the technical and financial proposals must also be submitted to the Director Procurement, SESSI, Head Office, Karachi. The deadline for bid submission is 16 September 2026 at 2:30 PM PST, and technical proposals will be opened the same day at 3:00 PM PST in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
