Tender Description
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Larkana Zone, invites sealed bids from Government Authorized, License holder, and tax-registered security firms for the provision of security services at its various offices. The requirement is for both supervisor and security guard positions at multiple locations within the Larkana Zone. Bidders must have their own office, phone, and fax number, and be registered with tax authorities.
Items being procured:
- Zonal Office Larkana Supervisor (Qty: 1)
- Zonal Office Larkana Security Guard (Qty: 2)
- Cash Collection Centre Jacobabad Security Guard (Qty: 1)
- Cash Collection Centre Shikarpur Security Guard (Qty: 2)
The security guards must be ex-army men and will be required to perform their duties in uniform on a 24/7 basis. The contract may be renewed annually based on satisfactory performance. All rates should be inclusive of all taxes, and submission of a Professional Tax Certificate is mandatory. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a Pay Order or DD in the name of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. The number of security guards may be increased or decreased as per requirement. The company will be responsible for providing security guards as per instructions issued by State Life.
Eligibility criteria include provision of 12 bore repeater or equivalent weapon, SRB certificate, NTN certificate, tax certificate from FBR, bank certificate from Sindh, bank turnover/statement showing 10 million PKR last year, and relevant experience of at least five years in government, semi-government, or private company with documentary evidence.
Bids will be opened in the office of the In-charge (HR & Admin) Department, Zonal Office Larkana, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The deadline for submission is 15 October 2026 at 12:30 PM. For best results, ensure all required certificates and experience documents are attached to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
