Security Services for State Life Insurance Corporation Offices in Sargodha Zone

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sargodha Zone, invites technical and financial proposals for security services under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The company requires experienced security services for multiple offices in Punjab and Sargodha city. The scope includes deployment of security guards equipped with arms and metal detectors for day and night shifts at the following locations: Items being procured: - Zonal Office, Sargodha: 3 Security Guards with Arm & metal detector for Day time & 2 Security Guards with Arm for Night (Total 5) - Cash Counter Mianwali: 1 Security Guard with Arm & Metal Detector for Day time & 1 Security Guard with Arm for Night (Total 2) - Cash Counter Jauharabad: 1 Security Guard with Arm & Metal Detector for Day time & 1 Security Guard with Arm for Night (Total 2) - Cash Counter Chiniot: 1 Security Guard with Arm & Metal Detector for Day time & 1 Security Guard with Arm for Night (Total 2) - Cash Counter Bahawal: 1 Security Guard with Arm & Metal Detector for Day time & 1 Security Guard with Arm for Night (Total 2) - Cash Counter Sillanwali: 1 Security Guard with Arm & Metal Detector for Day time & 1 Security Guard with Arm for Night (Total 2) Total Required Security Guards: 15 Numbers. The security guards must be ex-servicemen or retired defense personnel aged between 25 to 55 years with literacy, health, and good moral character. The company will verify antecedents through the Police Department. The security company must submit copies of discharge books of ex-servicemen before deployment. The contract is initially for one year with possible renewal. Bids security is 5% of the estimated amount (Rs. 99,00,000). Technical bids will be downloaded and opened on 22nd September 2026 at 11:00 am and 11:30 am respectively via EPADS. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS only; no courier or hand submissions will be accepted. The company must submit a Surety Bond of Rs. 500,000 on Stamp Paper worth Rs. 300. The security company will be bound to deploy guards at the specified locations on a mutual contract basis at short notice. The bidders must attach valid licenses, GST and NTN certificates, and proof of Active Taxpayer status.
