The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sargodha Zone, invites sealed technical and financial proposals for security services under the Single Stage- Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA rules. The company requires a Security Company with valid licenses and minimum five years of working experience, preferably based in Punjab and Sargodha city. The scope includes deployment of security guards at multiple cash counters and the zonal office with arm and metal detectors for day and night shifts. Items being procured: - 5 Security Guards with Arm & metal detector for Day time and 2 Security Guards with Arm for Night at Zonal Office, Sargodha - 1 Security Guard with Arm & Metal Detector for Day time and 1 Security Guard with Arm for Night at Cash Counter Mianwali (2 total) - 1 Security Guard with Arm & Metal Detector for Day time and 1 Security Guard with Arm for Night at Cash Counter Jauharabad (2 total) - 1 Security Guard with Arm & Metal Detector for Day time and 1 Security Guard with Arm for Night at Cash Counter Chiniot (2 total) - 1 Security Guard with Arm & Metal Detector for Day time and 1 Security Guard with Arm for Night at Cash Counter Bhalwal (2 total) - 1 Security Guard with Arm & Metal Detector for Day time and 1 Security Guard with Arm for Night at Cash Counter Sillanwali (2 total) Total required security guards: 15 numbers. The technical scope requires experienced security personnel aged between 25 to 55 years with good moral character and literacy. The company must submit discharge books of ex-servicemen guards and ensure no antecedents. The contract duration is one year with a possibility of extension. Bids must include 5% bid security of the estimated cost and a surety bond of Rs. 50,000 on stamp paper. Valid licenses, GST, NTN certificates, and proof of active taxpayer status are mandatory. Quotations must be uploaded on EPADS by 11:00 am on 22nd September 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am. No bids will be accepted by courier or by hand. The company will deploy guards at mutually agreed locations on a very short notice. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including valid licenses, discharge books, and bid security instruments are complete and uploaded timely on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
