Seepage and Roof Treatment Works and Supply of Bazar Material for GE (A) Abbottabad

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications from qualified firms and contractors for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for important civil and supply works in Abbottabad. The works include seepage and roof treatment, construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings, re-carpeting of roads, and external services of certain facilities at the Shinkiari and Havelian areas. Additionally, supply of bazar material for Electrical & Mechanical and Building & Roads departments for RTEs and TC/DC for AOR of GE (A) Abbottabad is required. Items being procured: - Seepage / Roof treatment, construction, repair, renovation, maintenance of residential and non-residential works - Re-carpeting of road - External services of certain facilities at Shinkiari and Havelian - Supply of bazar material for E&M and B&R, for RTEs and TC/DC for AOR of GE (A) Abbottabad The tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience and credentials, including valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in categories A, B, C, D, and E, and those on the approved MES list. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them from government departments. Tender submissions must be received by 1130 hours on 21 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day.
