Selection of Individual Consultants for Android Developer, Network Support Engineer, Payment Specialist, Information Security Specialist

The Sindh Social Protection Authority (SSPDS), under the Project Management & Implementation Unit, invites Expressions of Interest for the selection of individual consultants to strengthen the social protection delivery system in Sindh. The consulting services are purely contractual and funded by the International Development Association (IDA) credit No. IDA / 7229-PK. Items being procured: - Android Developer (Nos. 01) - Network Support Engineer (Nos. 01) - Payment Specialist (Nos. 01) - Information Security Specialist (Nos. 01) The Android Developer requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with five years of experience in Android development including Flutter, Android SDK, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. The Network Support Engineer must have sixteen years of education in Computer Science or related discipline with two years of professional experience in network administration and IT infrastructure support, including cloud networking exposure. The Payment Specialist requires sixteen years of education in Finance or Commerce with eight years of post-qualification experience in financial management and beneficiary payments. The Information Security Specialist must have sixteen years of education in Cyber Security or related fields with three years of relevant experience in information security, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
