Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids from experienced bidders for a Service Frame Contract for Housekeeping and Janitorial Services in Hyderabad Telecom Region (HYTR) and Sukkur Telecom Region (STR) - South Zone. The contract will be for a period of three years from the signing date, based on demand, with PTCL issuing Purchase Orders as required. Items being procured: - Housekeeping and Janitorial Services for Hyderabad Telecom Region (HYTR) - Housekeeping and Janitorial Services for Sukkur Telecom Region (STR) The scope includes unit-based frame rates for housekeeping and janitorial services across the specified telecom regions. Vendors must be registered with PTCL and mention their Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) on all quotations and bids. Unregistered vendors must register via the PTCL vendor registration portal. All rates must include applicable taxes except GST. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Commercial Bids as per tender instructions. A bid bond of PKR 200,000 in the form of CDR/DD is required as security. Late bids will be rejected. Queries can be submitted by 17th August 2026, and a pre-bid meeting will be held on 19th August 2026 via MS Teams if required. Submission deadline is 22nd August 2026.
