01 Year Service Level Agreement with Parts & Consumables for DC Facility Site - RHO Sargodha

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites bids for a comprehensive 01 Year Service Level Agreement (SLA) with parts and consumables for the Data Center (DC) Facility site located at RHO Sargodha. Items being procured: - Vertiv UPS, 54 KVA/54 KW, 400 V with parts and hot swappable high density battery system - APC UPS, 10 KVA with parts including batteries for NOC SURT 10000 XL - Schneider Modular Rack Distribution Panel, 138 kVA, 200 A, 400 V, 18-pole PDPM138 H-5U with Power Distribution Module - Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) 150 KVA with SPD GLT-150 KVA - Incoming/Outgoing DBs for 2x Vertiv UPS, I/C & O/G DB with MOR for AVR, Precision cooling unit DBs, 150kVA ATS, Main DB for all allied infrastructure - Surveillance & Access Control System including Dahua NVR 16-Channel with HDD, CCTV Cameras, POE Switches, Suprema Access Control Devices - Comfort Cooling Units including 2 Ton and 6.7 Ton Floor Standing units with parts and consumables - Cooling & Fire System Infrastructure including Uniflair 25 kw up flow precision cooling system, VESDA X-Tralis-UK VLF 250, Fire Suppression and Detection system, Smoke sensors/detectors, FM-200 Cylinder, Portable Cylinders The scope includes full support and maintenance services backed by OEM parts, with genuine parts replacement and quarterly preventive maintenance visits. The SLA covers power infrastructure, surveillance, cooling units, fire systems, and associated accessories. The vendor must provide 24/7 support, maintain call logs with escalation mechanisms, and ensure timely response and resolution as per defined priority levels. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have relevant PEC categories, valid FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience with at least two successful DC SLA contracts in the past eight years.
