Tender Description
The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) Islamabad is procuring comprehensive service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioners and invertors located in Islamabad. This procurement covers a wide range of technical services including general servicing, master servicing, gas charging with R410A, R22, and R32 gases, AC shifting and installation charges, gas leakage repair, replacement of suction and discharge valves, indoor and outdoor fan motors, capacitors, indoor and outdoor unit cards, copper pipe replacement with control wire for various tonnages, drain leakage repair, supply and installation of wall and floor standing brackets, heat and cool valve replacement, and compressor supply and installation for DC invertor and cool-only ACs.
The scope is detailed for units ranging from 1 ton to 8 tons, ensuring all technical aspects are covered for efficient operation. The procurement is managed by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) Islamabad, specifically for their premises in Islamabad Capital Territory.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, on the Active Taxpayers List, and possess the technical competence and experience to perform the required services. The tender follows a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
