Services for the Electrification of AC Cassettes

The Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority, Home Department, Government of the Punjab, invites bids for the Services for the Electrification of AC Cassettes through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS). This procurement is open to bidders/suppliers registered with the tax departments and Pakistan Engineering Council with valid licenses. Interested parties are requested to submit their e-bids or e-proposals via the Punjab e-Procurement System on an F.O.R basis at PAFDA Office Lahore. Items being procured: - Services for the Electrification of AC Cassettes as per the Bidding Documents The bidding process will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must register on PEPS and submit their bids using the PDF Upload method. Bidding documents can be downloaded from PEPS or the PPRA website without any tender fee. Complete bids with required documents must be submitted electronically by 18-09-2026 up to 10:30 AM. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of PAFDA building at Thoker Niaz Baig, Main Multan Road, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives with valid authority letters. Bid security of Rs. 100,000 must be submitted electronically through registered PEPS only; no physical financial instruments will be accepted. The bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Rule 38 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The URL for PPRA is http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/activetenders.aspx. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the opening will be deferred to the next working day at the same time.
