Services for Promoting and Regulating Livestock Breeding by Livestock Breeding Services Authority Sindh Hyderabad

Sealed tenders are invited by the Livestock Breeding Services Authority Sindh Hyderabad for services to promote and regulate livestock breeding activities in Sindh Province for the financial year 2026-27. Requests must be on company letterhead with registration certificates and tax authority documents. Tender cost is non-refundable and payable via Pay Order in favor of Registrar, Livestock Breeding Services Authority Sindh. The technical bid will be opened on the closing date at 11:30 AM at LBSA Hyderabad. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. The procedure follows a Single Stage Two Envelope system with separate Technical and Financial Bids. Bid Security of 2.5% of the total bid value is required in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Late bids will be rejected. If the opening date is a public holiday or key committee members are unavailable, bids will be opened the next working day. In case of no response, a second attempt may be scheduled within fifteen calendar days. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened later.
