Tender Description
Pakistan Maritime Security Agency, headquartered in Karachi, invites quotations for the provision of services for the VMS (Vessel Monitoring System) Project at HQ PMSA. This opportunity is open to eligible service providers with relevant experience in VMS or similar maritime technology solutions. The agency is seeking comprehensive service support for the VMS Project, which is critical for maritime security and operational monitoring.
Items being procured:
- Provision of Services for VMS Project β HQ PMSA
The technical scope includes supply, installation, configuration, and ongoing support for the VMS system at the agency's headquarters. Bidders must demonstrate prior experience in similar projects, preferably with government or maritime sector clients. Firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money and other bid security requirements are as per PPRA rules and must be submitted with the quotation.
