Bifurcation of Doctors Rooms at 2nd Floor BSC Building, SBP Head Office Karachi

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) invites qualified and eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of civil and related works for the bifurcation of doctors rooms at the 2nd Floor of the BSC Building located at SBP Head Office Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is being conducted under the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Civil Works including disposal of debris, masonry walls with approved hollow PCC blocks, solid core flush doors with deodar wood frames and fittings - Supply of partial wood rafters and uPVC pipes and elbows - HVAC Works including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of decorative Fan Coil Units, copper and mild steel piping with insulation, valves including gate valves and strainers, condensate piping and relocation of existing piping - Electrical Works including supply of CAT-6 UTP cables, analog telephone sets, switched socket outlets - UPS & Networking Works including supply and installation of UTP CAT-6 data cables, dual data face plates, concealed/open surface wiring, and dual power faceplates The technical scope covers masonry, carpentry, HVAC piping and insulation, electrical wiring, and networking works at the specified site. The contract duration is 45 days with a detailed work program and key performance indicators provided for masonry, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and networking works. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have executed at least two projects of Rs. 1.0 million each in the last five years, demonstrate financial capability with audited statements or bank credit lines, and comply with FBR/ATL registration requirements. Bid security must be submitted as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:30 PM via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
