Servicing and Maintenance of Seven Passenger Lifts at State Life Building Karachi

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) invites quotations through EPADs under single stage one envelope procedure from experienced firms and contractors registered with Income Tax Department and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The procurement is for the servicing and maintenance of seven (07) passenger lifts installed at State Life Building No. 1-B, 1-C, 3 and 9 in Karachi. Items being procured: - Servicing and maintenance of seven passenger lifts at specified State Life buildings in Karachi. The scope includes regular maintenance and servicing to ensure operational safety and efficiency of the lifts. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in lift maintenance. Earnest money and bid security must be submitted as per bidding documents. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available for free download on the EPADs website http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADs by 16-09-2026 up to 11:00 A.M. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. Original bid security and bidding documents must be submitted physically by 16-09-2026 at 11:00 hours at the office of the undersigned. This tender is published on the official State Life website www.statelife.com.pk. Bids submitted by any method other than EPADs will not be considered. State Life Insurance Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
