Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad invites bids for the construction of sewerage lines in various colonies of Nawabshah City, Taluka Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazirabad (Part-4). This procurement is specifically for sewerage infrastructure works including excavation, laying RCC pipes, construction of catch pits, paver blocks, and related civil works. The project is located in Nawabshah, Sindh, and is managed by the Executive Engineer (Development) Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad.
The technical scope includes dismantling and removing road metalling, excavation in soft and wet soil, concreting, RCC pipe laying of various diameters, stone boulder work, cement concrete brick ballast, shuttering, steel reinforcement fabrication, and installation of manhole covers. The contract duration is 24 months with an estimated cost of PKR 30 million. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories CE-09 and CE-10 for the financial year 2025-26 and must have valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registrations.
Eligibility criteria require submission of valid PEC registration, NTN certificate, sales tax registration, authority letter on e-stamp, CNIC of firm owner, ISO certificates 45001 & 9001, affidavit of no blacklisting, and financial documents including bank statements and audit reports for the last three years. Experience requirements include at least one similar nature work costing 80% of the estimated cost or two works each costing 50% of the estimated cost. Technical staff must include qualified civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
The tender fee is PKR 3,000 non-refundable. Earnest money is 5% of the bid cost in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of the Executive Engineer (Development) Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal before 11:00 AM on 4th June 2026. The technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
