Supply of Shelter Portable Universal Assembly to Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificate for the supply of Shelter Portable Universal Assembly to the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules, and firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - Shelter Portable Universal Assembly (Quantity: 50 Nos) The delivery period for the supply is 9 to 12 months. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopy of registration certificate issued by Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP), attested sales tax registration certificate, NTN certificate, proof of go down, financial capability undertaking, attested CNIC of MD, attested bank statement for last one year, certificate of non-default and non-blacklisting by any government organization, details of works experience with government or semi-government organizations, details of property/assets moveable or immoveable, and manufacturing or agency certificates if applicable. Original challan form No 32-A for Rs. 2000/- must be deposited into government treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. All firms, whether registered or unregistered, must provide a bid security of 5% with an upper limit of Rs. 1.0 Million. The validity of the offer is 120 days from the date of opening of the commercial offer. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of signing the contract.
