The procurement will follow a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, with bid security required in the form of Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bidders must submit their e-bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 by Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
