Request for Proposal for SIE Weighbridge Operation and Maintenance

The Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOM-SIE) invites experienced firms or companies to submit proposals for the operation and maintenance of the weighbridge at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. This contract is for a period of one year, extendable with mutual consent. The tenderer must be registered with FBR and PRA for Sales Tax and Income Tax and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and proven past performance. Items being procured: - Operation and maintenance of weighbridge The minimum reserve rent for the weighbridge is fixed at Rs 800,000 per month. The lease will be awarded to the highest bidder offering an amount exceeding this reserve. The highest quoted bidder must submit security against the monthly rent equivalent to at least 3 months' rent. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order amounting to Rs 16,000/- in favor of 'PIEDMC Sundar Industrial Estate' is required, which is 2% of the estimated cost. The original bid security must be submitted to BOM-SIE office before the closing date. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope basis. The RFP document can be downloaded directly from the BOM-SIE website www.sie.com.pk or obtained as a free of cost hard copy from the Admin department. Proposals along with required documents should reach the BOM-SIE office within 15 days from the date of publication, i.e., by 24-Sep-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same date at 11:40 AM. In case of a public holiday or closure, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
