Items being procured include: - Sieve with MS Wire Mesh 80# round shape Diameter 350mm x 1.5mm Thick x 70mm Height (20 Nos) - Sieve with MS Wire Mesh 60# round shape Diameter 350mm x 1.5mm Thick x 70mm Height (30 Nos) - Crucible 360 No made of Silicon Carbide/Graphite with specified dimensions (10 Nos) - Refractory Bricks 30# (500 Nos) - Refractory Bricks 36# (500 Nos) - Fire Clay Bag (30 Nos) - Furnace Cover 26" (20 Nos) - Furnace Cover 28" (20 Nos) - Gas Burner Dia 3" (10 Nos) - Rubber Pipe Size Dia 3" x Length 6 Ft (20 Nos) The procurement follows a single stage two envelope method requiring separate technical and commercial offers. Technical bids must include detailed specifications, brochures, delivery schedule, and a signed undertaking. A bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order must accompany the technical offer. Tender fee of Rs. 2,500 is also required with the technical bid if submitted through a local agent. Offers must be valid for 90 days and delivery is to be made free at Wah Brass Mill, Quaid Avenue, Wah Cantt. Eligibility requires registration with the Sales Tax Department and submission of Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. Inspection will be conducted at Wah Brass Mill premises. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract value is required from the successful bidder.
