Supply of SLA with Parts for IPTV System and DC Infrastructure

The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) Lahore invites E-Bids from vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments or authorities for the supply of SLA with parts for IPTV System and SLA for DC Infrastructure. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Items being procured: - SLA with Parts for IPTV System - SLA for DC Infrastructure Bidders can download bidding documents free of cost from the PKLI website https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/ and the PPRA websites https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents are immediately available after the date of publication. The tender notice is also available for information and download from the PPRA website. E-bids must be submitted online on or before 28-09-2026 at 11:00 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) portal https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procuring agency is not responsible for any failure on the part of firms to submit an e-bid due to technical or internet failure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-Procurement at the time of RFP submission. Participating firms must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who may choose to be present at the address below. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain department, PKLI&RC at the address given below during office hours 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. The validity period of bids is 180 days from the date of opening. In case of official holiday on the day of submission, the next day will be treated as closing date. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference room of Supply Chain department Tower-A PKLI&RC. PKLI&RC will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders about preparation or delivery of electronic submission of bids.
